I had agonizing pain in my lower back hip and leg. I saw an Orthopedist and Spine specialist several times over a 6 month period they only prescribed meds but had no solution. Also tried physical therapy which just made the pain worse. Decided to try Chiropractic was referred by neighbors to Dr Jesse Riggin in Harrington. After 3 visits my pain was almost gone he did a few minor adjustments and now I’m seeing him once a week with literally only minor discomfort. His staff is helpful and friendly. I love the fact that he doesn’t push a lengthy treatment plan, I went from 3 times a week to twice a week now only once a week. Highly recommend Dr Riggin!!!

I've only been coming here for a few weeks now but I just wanted to let everyone know that this place is great. First off, the pricing is extremely fair (cheap compared to what I used to spend) I highly recommend Dr. Jesse as he is very professional but also listens to what you have to say. Sports Injuries
I have been going to Dr. Riggin for about 2 years and he has helped me overcome many training obstacles and injuries. I began seeing him during the process of training for a 50K. His techniques helped me recover faster and stay injury free leading up to my race. Then when I was experiencing pain after the race, he went above and beyond to help me get better. He ordered everything from x-rays to multiple MRIs. He sent me to physical therapy for almost 6 months, performed adjustments, and ordered a special tool to perform tissue work. Dr. Riggin kept in constant contact with my physical therapist and adjusted my treatment plan as needed based on my progress.
His office is also very flexible with appointments for massage and chiropractic care. Every time I come in with a new problem, he always has a solution to help alleviate my symptoms so I can continue my training. I feel that he has never given up on me and is there to support me in every aspect of my continuing my training and remaining injury free. After seeing Dr. Riggin I have not only recovered but I am stronger than I have ever been. This is due to his understanding of weaker muscle areas within the body and how to improve their usage.
Thanks to Dr. Riggin’s amazing care, and his persistence, I was able to return to obstacle course racing and this year I was able to qualify for the national and world obstacle course racing championships. I highly recommend Dr. Riggin’s office to anyone and everyone that asks! In fact, three of my family members have started going to him after seeing the amazing result I have had!

Chiropractic Gives an Airmen His Life Back
After 2 long years of having extreme back pain and being told by many doctors that it would be something that I would have to learn to live with, I made the choice to give Dr. Riggin a chance at giving me my life back. I have been to see Dr. Riggin about 7 times now and I feel much better now that he has reduced my pain to almost nothing and I am now able to get out and enjoy time on the boat with my wife and little girl. Two years ago today I was not even able to pick my little girl up and hold her but now thanks to Dr. Riggin I have been able to enjoy my life like I used too. Sciatic Pain
Delmarva Chiropractic and Wellness Center is a place with a heart. Dr. Riggin and Shannon are so caring and kind. I was in intense pain with sciatic issues and unable to get in to my chiropractor till the next week. They accepted me as a new patient and were able to see me on the day I called. Headaches and Migraines
I have suffered with headaches and migraines for a majority of my adult life. In January, I came to find that I have developed an allergy to all NSAID medications. Since this is a medication class allergy, the only pain reliever that is safe for me to take is Tylenol, and while it certainly took the "edge" off, I still had a headache. I realized that my headaches were nearly a daily occurrence. The more stressful work got, the worse and more frequent my headaches became. I decided that my headaches were not only terrible for me, but also for my family because I was missing out on spending the evenings with them. I decided to look into alternatives to medications to relieve my headaches. Having never had any chiropractic care before, I was unsure of what to expect. During my initial visit, Dr. Riggin and his staff were friendly and welcoming. When meeting Dr. Riggin for the first time, I found him to be friendly and knowledgeable. I also appreciated his honesty when discussing my treatment plan. On my first visit, Dr. Riggin adjusted my mid-back and neck. I immediately felt some relief in my neck. I returned for my next appointment 48 hours later. With each adjustment, I found my headaches were coming less frequently and were less intense. I currently receive treatments once weekly and often go completely headache free in-between sessions with Dr. Riggin. I highly recommend Dr. Riggin and his practice to anyone suffering with headaches. I sincerely appreciate Dr. Riggins care and look forward to continuing to see him for my future needs.
