Dr. Riggin

Jesse Riggin, DC, CCSP ®

Partner, Clinician

Dr. Jesse Riggin is a Delaware native, US Army veteran, graduate of the University of Delaware. He received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the University of Western States (UWS) in Portland, OR, where he served as the president of the Integrative Medicine chapter. He also studied for one year at the National College of Natural Medicine where he was exposed to herbal medicine, homeopathy, Chinese medicine, and other aspects of natural healing.  Prior to starting his professional education Dr. Riggin proudly served in the US Army and deployed with the 101st Airborne Division in 2005. Following his undergraduate training he utilized this unique skill set in a medical aid mission to eastern Nepal during which he assisted in, and documented medical operations at two government health clinics.

Dr. Riggin’s education and life experience give him a unique perspective on health and healing. He believes in treating people, not conditions and takes the entire person into consideration when developing treatment plans. He strives to empower people to take control of their health and become active participants in their recovery and wellness.

Dr. Schellinger

Chris Schellinger, DC

Partner, Clinician 

Born and raised in Dover, Delaware, Dr. Chris Schellinger has always been passionate about helping others live healthier, more active lives. After graduating from Dover High School in 1998, he earned his degree in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Delaware, followed by his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Sherman College of Chiropractic in 2006.

At Delmarva Chiropractic and Wellness Center, Dr. Schellinger provides personalized, gentle chiropractic care focused on improving mobility, reducing pain, and enhancing overall well-being. He combines hands-on techniques with education and wellness strategies, empowering patients to take an active role in their health.

Dr. Schellinger and his wife, Angie, live in Camden with their son, Casher. As a family, they enjoy spending time outdoors—whether running, hiking, cycling, or relaxing on the beaches of Delmarva. Much of their free time is also happily spent supporting Casher’s busy athletic schedule, keeping them active and involved in the community.
